Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, owner/operator Joe Lindberg has a vast understanding of the industry's commercial cleaners and eco-friendly solutions. Establishing the company in 2007, Joe has managed to network with several well established contractors in the industry, which is a key reason why PowerWash Solutions has become a local leader in the wood restoration industry. We continue to exercise the most modern practices to better serve our customers.
Wood Restoration and Refinishing
Are our specialty. Although small, we are a full service Wood Restoration Company. Equipped with only the best commercial grade cleaners that are both environmentally friendly and safe near landscaping, children, and pets; we are able to turn that weathered-grey project in your backyard to a thing of beauty. We offer annual and biennial (every two years) maintenance programs for your wood project, so you have time to enjoy them.

Wood Restoration & Refinishing
STEP 1:
Stripping
The process starts by removing the previous finish or "weathered-grey" appearance.
We use only professional-grade products, most of which are simply unavailable to homeowners. We will successfully remove most types of previous finishes, and erase years of neglect on our first visit. Following our industry leading low pressure stripping/cleaning process, we will neutralize our cleaning solutions and your deck will appear restored on the first day.
STEP 2:
Neutralizing/Brightening
This step involves neutralizing the wood to its natural pH levels as well as restoring the wood to its natural beauty.
Neutralizing pH levels as well as a 12-15% moisture content are necessary to ensure that the stain/seal applied penetrates to its maximum potential. Brightening occurs at the same time.
STEP 3:
Stain/Seal
After the project has had 24-48 hours to thoroughly dry, we will apply the stain/sealant.
We will apply the industry leading sealant, Ready Seal, which will penetrate into the wood and replenishing the woods natural oils, and turn that wood project to the centerpiece of your backyard again.

Q. My contractor said my siding and deck were zero maintenance.
A. Low Maintenance yes, Zero Maintenance no. Anything left outside in this area's humidity and sun will get dirty. Your car gets dirty sitting in your driveway, so does your house and deck.
Q. What is the dark staining on my siding?
A. Most likely it is mold. All mold needs to grow is moisture (humidity) and a food source and it will grow anywhere. The dark stains on your siding, the dark stains on concrete walks (especially in shaded areas).
Q. Are all Power Washing companies alike?
A. Anyone can purchase a pressure washer. Simply owning a pressure washer and advertising you offer a service doesn't mean you can operate it and effectively. A pressure washer in the hands of an unskilled operator will do a great deal more harm than good, I have seen decks ruined by too much pressure and harsh chemicals, siding blown off houses, plants and yards killed, and even concrete cut and etched.
Q. How can I receive an estimate?
A. The quickest way is to just email us from the contact us page with a brief description of your needs and the dimensions of your deck or square footage of your home. We will then contact you if we need any further information and email you your estimate later that day. If an on-site estimate is required, for deck refinishing only, we will schedule a time that we can meet.
Q. Can you make a weekend appointment?
A. Yes, we are often willing to work on Saturdays and Sundays when needed.
Q: What is Soft Washing?
A: Soft Washing or Soft Wash is a process that consists of applying a cleaning solution, letting the solution do its job and then rinsing away the unwanted material while using only LOW PRESSURE to insure the safe cleaning of your property.
Q: Why Don't You List Prices on Your Web Site??
A: Simple, every home is different. Different sizes, shapes, siding material, location (in the woods, next to busy road, down town, etc.). The only way to be fair to everyone is to actually come out and measure each house and evaluate the work which needs to be done.

Q. Do I need to be home when you're working on my property?
